allowed us to put together data visualization for multiple data points to compare performance kpi points for multiple clinics to benchmark performance and identify trends
allowed us to pull together reporting from different sources to have better insight into cross channel performance
Allowed us to quickly identify differences in KPIs for top performers vs. low performers to help with optimizing low performers

there are a lot of things that are really great about it. However, if you are looking for robust system, you may need to contract with folks who understand deluge to tie together pieces you can't on your own. Programmers are reasonably priced so as long as that isn't an issue for finances, it shouldn't be an issue.

Scalability

scalability is great. again - may need a deluge expert to help.

Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio and Microsoft Excel

one of the things i do like about zoho analytics is that we don't have to pay for integrations the same way we do on Google Data Studio. So, in terms of cost effectiveness, ive had much better luck with zoho. It can also do pivot tables with data and provide visualization that is better than excel.

Likelihood to Recommend

Data captured inside zoho is great in analytics.
Lots of other sources can be used well, getting them all to talk to each other is possible, but takes a knowledge in deluge or ability to hire someone with knowledge to work around more complex issues.
