Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Books
We are using Zoho Books across our whole organization. Our business relies heavily on our accounting software by providing our customers with quick and accurate estimates and detailed invoices and our vendors with purchase orders. Zoho Books is an intuitive cloud based solution that meets and exceeds our expectations from a cloud accounting solution. It is very customizable in regards to the customer/vendor templates we can create, and the integration capabilities being that Zoho Books is a cloud based solution.
- The link between our items and the inventory module is a great feature for our purchasing department.
- When converting to Zoho Books from another accounting software, this seemed a bit difficult but this process is never easy.
- There are certain restrictions within modules (estimates/sales orders/invoices/payments) that make it difficult to edit transactions. In many ways this is good, but different from what we have experienced with other accounting software solutions.
- Integration with other Zoho apps is an awesome feature.
- Mobile application and ability to access our accounting application from any web browser is huge.
Cloud vs. desktop, this and the fact that Zoho Books syncs with our other Zoho apps were the most pressing reasons for switching to Zoho Books. As mentioned previously, we consider our accounting software to be an integral part of doing business efficiently, and we can now do that considering our systems are all integrated.
