Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho is being used by our organization in order to keep track of and manage all of our sales leads in one place and to be able to have easy access to them. It also helps us manage our sales pipeline and stay on top of all of our sales tasks easily.

Pros

  • Helps us manage sales leads.
  • Helps us close more.
  • Manages sales pipeline.
  • Gives us reminders/keeps us organized.

Cons

  • The support team is super helpful but can take some time to answer.
  • Can get confusing on where to find settings since there are so many different products.
  • Pricing is a bit confusing.
  • It has helped us sell more and make more money and profit.
  • It has saved us a lot of time by keeping us organized and not searching all over for things.
It is a very usable tool that is easy to use. It is easy to navigate and to figure out without much effort.
It is just right. It seems to work well for our size business and has scaled with us well.
We have tried a few other products and not much else has worked like Zoho CRM. We stuck with this product because we also use other Zoho products.
