Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

ZoHo one is the central hub of our business and our system of record for all customer, prospect, and marketing efforts. It is used by all employees in our organization. We replaced 5 different other software solutions when we moved from Salesforce.com to ZoHo! We are very happy we did and have never looked back since!
  • Superior Contact Marketing Tools
  • Full featured platform solution
  • Incredibly insightful and easy to create dashboards and reports!
  • Works well for all departments and every teams unique needs.
  • Still too many different ways to do the same things. Some are glitchy.
  • Confusing where and how to manage user licenses including adding more, reducing, or adding or taking away module licenses for unique employees.
  • Need a better way to map picklist selections and options between various entities like leads, contacts, and accounts. Too easy to end up with duplicate lists with varying spelling, spacing, or naming conventions.
  • Increased sales
  • Increased sctivity
  • Increased close rstio
  • Large savings on subscription costs to previous solutions used as a group to accomplish the same things.
It’s the best CRM platform solution on the market!
Plenty of configuration options to solve almost any business challenge!
ZoHo kills them all in functionality and value!

It’s well suited for anyone with contacts, leads, customers, or opportunities to be [tracked] and managed. It’s [so] easy to use the marketing tools that are built in to track all activities related to those interactions. I can’t think of any scenarios where it wouldn’t make sense to use Zoho… unless someone just does so little business that they could track It on a hot dog wrapper!
