ZoHo one is the central hub of our business and our system of record for all customer, prospect, and marketing efforts. It is used by all employees in our organization. We replaced 5 different other software solutions when we moved from Salesforce.com to ZoHo! We are very happy we did and have never looked back since!

- Still too many different ways to do the same things. Some are glitchy.
- Confusing where and how to manage user licenses including adding more, reducing, or adding or taking away module licenses for unique employees.
- Need a better way to map picklist selections and options between various entities like leads, contacts, and accounts. Too easy to end up with duplicate lists with varying spelling, spacing, or naming conventions.
