Zoho CRM is simply amazing with contact management, sales funnels, pipeline management and workflow automation. We have been looking for a CRM that is good with customer relationship management and it is working well for us. We found it very easy to move our current spreadsheets across to the CRM and the operations on the product itself are easy and simple to understand. Results are good so far.
I shall not change my evaluation procedure for this product is delivering the expected results and we are happy with it. Easy to use, transferring data and best for an organisation or a firm to keep the documentation centralization process. Zoho offers numerous customisation options to deal with different prospects.
