Zoho CRM is one of the economical & feature-rich solutions for 360º customer relationship lifecycle management, preferably in a mid-scale business enterprise like ours. Sales automation & email marketing is no more task now. Zoho CRM allows us to run multiple campaigns, automate
the workflows and streamline the lead nurturing/ scoring process. With a simple design & user-friendly interface, Zoho is much easier to implement. Also, it enables us to customize tools, design our analytics dashboard and give a significant boost to our productivity.

Zoho CRM allows us the convenience of having all our clients and prospective customers in one place. Lead management and data collection of customers is really helpful. It's dashboard consists of different types of features in which we can actually search customer's whole history through customer id, order id, contact number, name, and so on. We can have direct connect and interaction with the customers. It is budget-friendly as well, so we shall continue using this software for our business.

Zoho CRM is simply amazing with contact management, sales funnels, pipeline management and workflow automation. We have been looking for a CRM that is good with customer relationship management and it is working well for us. We found it very easy to move our current spreadsheets across to the CRM and the operations on the product itself are easy and simple to understand. Results are good so far.
I shall not change my evaluation procedure for this product is delivering the expected results and we are happy with it. Easy to use, transferring data and best for an organisation or a firm to keep the documentation centralization process. Zoho offers numerous customisation options to deal with different prospects.
