Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is an effective client management tool, it's features assist the company in maintaining and tracking client service and progression as we are an e-learning company it assists us with reports, progression reports for students. The use of mass emails and integration with Zoho Desk is an absolute win as it assists us with tracking commutation and cases logged are resolved in due time.

It has ease of access and usability are great, I would like to see more design and structure to CRM and integration with more software.
It is relatively easy to edit and configure settings or customer information. I would like to see more fields with customer integration and progression to allow for more effective reporting

Zoho CRM is very great at storing mass emails and templates which can be used again and edited over time, however, the capped email settings are quite stuck as it doesn't allow for more mass emails to be sent through. I would like to see more design usage with the templates and signature uses with Zoho Desk integration.
