Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I use it for email marketing, customer support, and mailing automation. I also rely on the analytics function of Zoho CRM as it greatly affects and informs my marketing efforts and day-to-day. business decisions. Working in the sales department means that I have to stay on top of things with my clients. This CRM tool helps in that regard.
