Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
The primary use of Zoho CRM is to guide our business development efforts by housing accounts that we target and the key people (leads and contacts) that we reach out to at those accounts. Tracking our communication and interaction with accounts is essential.
- Simple but comprehensive interface that is uncluttered and easy to use
- Integration between modules
- Well thought out processes that lead a user through actions, such as mass updates
- Flexible reporting
- Lack of relationship between a Lead Company and an Account, particularly for reporting purposes
- Poor tracking of email activity that goes through a user's email client, not a Zoho email client
- Better handling of history when a Lead or Contact moves from one Account to another. There is no way to move a person, but only to create a new Lead/Contact
- Have not quantified, but Zoho CRM has been essential for our business development activities and management.
