Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM is a vital component for me. It allows me to manage my entire commercial pipeline in an orderly way. Zoho CRM grants me full and easy management of leads (and contacts/company info) in a single place. It also allows me to keep track of all the touch points I have with the lead contact, all the way through to when the lead becomes an opportunity. Having a CRM is a must nowadays and having the ability to integrate it with other tools (such as in the case of the Zoho suite) is a great advantage.
- Easy to adopt, very intuitive interface
- Advanced features even at the lower-tier plans
- Uses standard CRM fields, therefore it allows for to little to no learning curve
- Filtering views at each module with ability to sort (by multiple fields)
- Make it more intuitive (easy) to customize values inside fields, beyond predetermined ones.
- Ability to edit certain fields via HTML.
- Optimization of the entire sales pipeline
- Automation of customer touchpoints (emails to provide updates)
- Visibility to the entire pipeline, from Lead management to Opportunities stages
