Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a vital component for me. It allows me to manage my entire commercial pipeline in an orderly way. Zoho CRM grants me full and easy management of leads (and contacts/company info) in a single place. It also allows me to keep track of all the touch points I have with the lead contact, all the way through to when the lead becomes an opportunity. Having a CRM is a must nowadays and having the ability to integrate it with other tools (such as in the case of the Zoho suite) is a great advantage.
  • Easy to adopt, very intuitive interface
  • Advanced features even at the lower-tier plans
  • Uses standard CRM fields, therefore it allows for to little to no learning curve
  • Filtering views at each module with ability to sort (by multiple fields)
  • Make it more intuitive (easy) to customize values inside fields, beyond predetermined ones.
  • Ability to edit certain fields via HTML.
  • Optimization of the entire sales pipeline
  • Automation of customer touchpoints (emails to provide updates)
  • Visibility to the entire pipeline, from Lead management to Opportunities stages
Customer support could be better. It may be an issue of the type of plan currently being used, but response times are slow. I haven't found an option to schedule a conversation with an agent who can guide me in particular questions. Online documentation is extensive, so most of the support has been self-made.

Zoho CRM was very easy to implement and start using from the first go.
I don't find a problem in this area
Zoho CRM is well suited for: Sales management and (sales) back office automation. Marketing campaigns and customer touch points activities (digital). Automation of leads and campaigns, to convert into opportunities. Reminders to maintain contact with customers.
