Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We have used ZoHo CRM since 2007 to collect all the leads generated by our websites, to manually capture leads generated by other channels, and to record former and current customers for all of our services. Our services range from audit, coaching, consulting, training and execution of numerous services such as SEO, SEM, CRO, Content Dev, Lead Generation, Web Development, Web Hosting, Email Hosting, and Marketing Strategy. We keep detailed track of each customer and new sales opportunity. I’ve tried other systems before and after, and I’m always glad I chose Zoho CRM a long time ago. It’s a very dependable, reliable system: we have never lost a single piece of data or captured information, and it’s very fast and easy to use. It could surely be improved with some connectivity options and better integration with platforms such as WordPress, Drupal or Odoo ERP, but it works just fine out of the box.
