Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

we use Zoho on a daily basis, it is a product that is very easy to use, and is an online product we are able to access from anywhere around the world and continue to operate or monitor the business, from simple data entry to managing full-scale projects that may be available.

Pros

  • ease of entering data
  • friendly to use
  • format is clear

Cons

  • the ability to allocate the whole invoice to a project
  • more detailed reports
  • ability to request a backup of data anytime
  • it has high ROI
  • was able to cut the work done on bookkeeping by at least 2 days
if I have a problem I deal directly with my broker my accountant.

Easy to use
pricing are affordable
Zoho is well suited for any startups or 1 man show businesses, great for operators with not so much accounting background works really well with an offshore accountant maybe has some disadvantages with experienced and advanced accounting
