Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We used Zoho CRM to manage some of our corporate deals. Zoho CRM facilitated the first serious push into a purpose-built CRM for our company and it did the job very well.
Pros
- Easy to setup and use
- Automation, we were able to really streamline the data entry process and eliminate the chance of mistakes.
- Reports, their canned reports made it very easy for management to get a picture of where we were at life.
Cons
- Zoho CRM really wants you to exist wholly inside their ecosystem. The integrations with their other apps are great if you are planning on using them, however, external connectors are a problem.
- The breakdown of features between the tiers is frustrating. We needed a single feature from a higher tier and it increased our price by a significant margin across our whole company.
- We saw an immediate decrease in confusion throughout our sales team with the addition of a CRM
- Zoho CRM was simple enough that the sales team was able to self-manage a good deal of the system.
- Low barrier of entry allowed for us to make the move into a proper CRM
