Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM to gather and manage all prospects, including communications, campaigns, and tasks. We also have built web forms to collect customer information when interested parties want more info, want to enter a contest, or join a mailing list. The Zoho web forms are easy and intuitive. They also send an Auto response to confirm that a visitor's info has been received and being processed.

It has done all that I've asked of it and more. I've not needed to go outside of the software for additional functionality. Planning to launch some new projects with different parameters and metrics and at initial glance Zoho will still give me all the tools I need to succeed.
Zoho lets me automate some customer responses as well as schedule next steps in my customer engagement flow. Outstanding assigned tasks are tracked and highlighted by color so I can review at a glance. I can quickly understand and assess the situation without having to drill down into the notes of each section.

I have never had to build/implement a CRM system and it was easier and more intuitive that I was expecting. It became an asset much quicker than anticipated. After watching a few tutorials I found everything to be easy, unlike some other popular and more expensive solutions. After trying no less than 3 other CRMs I found this one to be the most simple to use.
I found Zoho to be better than the other CRMs I tried in several different categories. Free level - gave me more options, features and power. I was actually able to setup a functional system. Never felt like I was using a free service. Entry level pricing - very reasonable and easy to transition.

I am a fairly new user/administrator for CRM and by far the most impressive and valuable benefit of using Zoho is their customer service. I have never had any customer service more friendly, effective and efficient. When I have used their chat feature, it has always been a live knowledgable person who has helped or fixed my problems. Then immediately they email a summary of the chat with links to relevant resources to our discussion. Zoho has been very good for my growing business.

Zoho CRM Support

Everytime I use their chat service I am talking to a real person. They have been knowledgeable, polite and seemed to interested in solving my issues. Then follow-up with summary email and helpful links.
