Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM to keep track of clients and prospective clients, log in contact info, meeting notes, and for conducting email campaigns. Also tracked are LinkedIn URLs and addresses and phone numbers. Zoho people frequently contact me asking for meetings but the truth is that we are utilizing the application to the best of our capability.

  • I noticed that not all readers of Zoho based emails are tracked, why is that?
  • Zoho CRM can not currently identify a bot-opened email or one read by its intended reader.

I don't rely to much on Zoho support as it is time-consuming to get a response from a knowledgeable Zoho associate. I found that YouTube works better.

Its fairly easy to use.
As mentioned previously, I would rather look to You Tube for good basic support needs.
Zoho CRM is good at identifying readers of an email campaign. I wish that it could provide additional information, such as when it is forwarded. I'd also like to understand what "Received" and "Responded" actually mean within the Email Analytics report. I also found formatting of emails more difficult than it needs to be. How about a "format painter" button like you have in Word to copy and paste formatting.
