Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM to keep track of clients and prospective clients, log in contact info, meeting notes, and for conducting email campaigns. Also tracked are LinkedIn URLs and addresses and phone numbers. Zoho people frequently contact me asking for meetings but the truth is that we are utilizing the application to the best of our capability.

- I noticed that not all readers of Zoho based emails are tracked, why is that?
- Zoho CRM can not currently identify a bot-opened email or one read by its intended reader.
- There are other fields like Received and Responded in the email analytics which needs to be explained.
