Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Primarily CRM via sales progression tracking but also use the proposal system.
  • Customizable
  • Integrates easily into our process
  • Scalable.
  • Would like a simple activity tracking that includes phone calls and emails as prospecting actions.
  • Pays for itself quickly
  • Prevents overlapping of efforts in a multi salesperson environment
  • Forces you to evaluate your model.
Haven't had to utilize support often but quick and helpful responses have been experienced.

Again, useful and customizable to an extent but not as easy to handle exceptions to the normal sales process.
I believe the cost vs value is exceptional with Zoho. Have recommended it often.
Very suitable for fixed processes that have repeatable activities and products. Little more complicated for those the are more diverse and have exceptions to quotes.
