Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Sales funnel process from Lead Development to the closing of Deals. Sales Quotes, Products, Price Books, marketing Campaigns, service Cases, project team Projects, and a database of our customers. We also created custom objects like Checklists, Freight Quotes, and Estimates on custom products.

  • Easy to create custom objects to automate additional company workflows
  • ZOHO one has a large number of applications to improve business efficiency.
  • Allow more multiline fields
  • Have self-adjusting note fields that do not wrap around on reports without creating a field that uses a substring formula
  • Easy way to cancel a user that made themselves a user of another organization by accident.
  • Huge increase in productivity with all the applications it came with through automation.
  • Reduced costs compared to other CRMs.
  • Easy to taylor to our comanies needs.

Very intuitive and easy to navigate the system as an admin or user. There are very few in the way of quirks like most other CRMs I have used.
Zoho CRM is a very cost-effective way to replace Salesforce.com without losing functionality. Zoho One is a very feature-rich CRM that will meet most company needs.
