Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We currently have over 60 CRM Plus users who use the CRM software to help them manage their customers and upcoming sales. Allows the sales leaders to better manage their teams using dashboards and reports. After the job has been won, we use Zoho Projects to manage the back-end of the sales cycle with and for our customers.

  • Built-in reporting is ok, does not have the same functionality as the reporting in Analytics
  • Analytics reporting does not lock down the data to a given user. If a salesperson has access then they are able to see data for all sales which is not appropriate.
  • Definite positive impact, allows sales leaders to better manage their teams
Not all of the support team knows the product as well as the end user

Reporting module is ok
Good for the most part
Like I said in your previous questions, the CRM package offers a great deal of customization for a given organization along with all the automations and workflows possible. Also does an excellent job with the Analytics module. Allows you to integrate with our Zoho modules and platform easily. Does not do a good job with the built-in reporting, very limited to types of reporting you can do. Would be nice to combine the reporting module with some of the advanced features of Analytics.
