We currently have over 60 CRM Plus users who use the CRM software to help them manage their customers and upcoming sales. Allows the sales leaders to better manage their teams using dashboards and reports. After the job has been won, we use Zoho Projects to manage the back-end of the sales cycle with and for our customers.

- Built-in reporting is ok, does not have the same functionality as the reporting in Analytics
- Analytics reporting does not lock down the data to a given user. If a salesperson has access then they are able to see data for all sales which is not appropriate.
