Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Helps to provide education and marketing materials for patients. It also allows us to track the referral and scheduling process for the initial onboarding of a patient into our program.

The reps are great sometimes and sometimes they do not know what they are talking about. I have had excellent experiences and terrible ones. It really is a hit or a miss.

I think its very user friendly others struggle with it. I think a better onboarding process or training process for people would be helpful.
Understanding the process in which a patient gets started in our program. Times it has been less appropriate is for tracking health data.
