Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM for sales. We are a financial advisory firm that works with small, distressed companies. We receive most of our business from Referral Sources. We track them in Zoho CRM. We also use it for our deal pipeline process. We have blueprints and workflows that help us make the most of the CRM.

It is intuitive for users that have computer intelligence. For those people, I would give it a 10. For people that don't have that intelligence, it has proven to be more difficult. So I gave it a 7.
Just right. If you are asking about coding, that part has a large learning curve. Workflows, blueprints, email templates, and actions are very good and perfect for this product.
They are similar. However, Salesforce is far too expensive for smaller companies to use. Zoho CRM is priced so that all companies can use the system.

It's well suited for companies that need to keep track of contacts and client information. I can't think of a scenario where it would be less appropriate.
