Zoho CRM has proven itself as an invaluable tool. Our marketing and sales team have all the information available to them when they need it. Since we have the Zoho One platform we are able to automate and integrate our systems with ease.

Zoho CRM UI is easy to navigate and customizable to your audience. The ability to control the content that the user sees gives you the ability to focus your team on the tasks at hand. From simplified call back screens to complicated project management, it's all up to your imagination.
Customization is paramount in putting together a product that works for your organization. Zoho CRM provides a great platform to build as much or as little customization as you need. The learning curve can be a bit steep for the novice but this provides opportunity for creating something unique for your company, giving you a competitive advantage.

For the price Zoho CRM provides all the functionality most users would need. More advanced feature are there but require workarounds to make work for different scenarios. If you have the stomach to figure things out you find there are lots of diamonds hiding amongst the coal. Sharing leads and contacts can be a bit tricking depending on your business model. Over all a strong product moving in the right direction.
