Zoho is flexible but till some extent. There are few options that need modifications, many of the functionalities were custom provided to us by the Zoho technical department which others might haven't asked.
Zoho helped our organization in improving the journey of our customers but at the cost. They kept on increasing their cost for the non-profit organization that many non-profit organizations left Zoho CRM because they were no longer able to afford the new prices.

In my overall experience, I would highly recommend Zoho CRM, though it lacks the feature of partial entries, still we used that for our non-profit organization. They have offered us a non-profit discount as well. Moreover, their support is good, and has dedicated employees to help the clients. From my experience, sometimes, we got the idiots, but overall the support is good. They have helped us in doing custom functionalities that other CRM providers don't do for free.

I used Zoho CRM for a non-profit organization. The company was tight on budget and required everything in one place. So I researched and presented the idea of Zoho CRM, their support helped us in those cases which were not part of their support. They provided us with custom functionalities and codes required by our organization. However the free form is an incredible spot to begin, what you get with no money-related commitments will not get you excessively far.
