Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM to manage our customer and vendor data, market to our customers, and integrate this data with other applications such as Zoho Projects and Zoho Books.
  • Integrates with Marketing Campaign Software.
  • Sales lifecycle management.
  • Flexibility - different views and reports.
  • Integrates with other Zoho apps.
  • UI could be improved.
  • Reduced effort to manage leads (efficiency).
Zoho recently introduced Canvas, which has introduced the ability to customize interfaces for different users.
It is very configurable based on the use case.
MS Dynamics was too complex for our organization
