Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM within our team sales department to manage incoming leads, assign tasks, and ensure customers are followed up with. We get different lead types and have sales reps in different parts of the country, so having everything on one system makes communication and reporting easier.
  • Automation templates.
  • Ease of form building.
  • Filtering options are easy to navigate.
  • Round robin features are not at all intuitive and we needed to buy a plug in.
  • Most automation steps require a ton of research to implement.
  • No direct integration with our ERP system.
  • Increased efficiency.
Some aspects are pretty intuitive but most require some research to understand the steps needed to take.
Configurability can be pretty complex.

For basic form-based quote requests, Zoho CRM has come in handy. We still would prefer to have more integration with our ERP system so that everything could be pulled into one system.
