Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM as our ticketing system, onboarding, off-boarding workflows, and answering a high volume of customer requests.

It is an easy-to-use system. I rated it 9 as it could improve its UI and make it more modern.
Most of the configuration is out of the box. There are scenarios where you'll need a custom function but the team will support and help you with your requirements.
