Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use it to manage everything from our marketing efforts, to our sales pipeline, to our client relationships.
It is an end-to-end pipeline for us.
  • I love the flexibility of the modules.
  • We have built out a bunch of custom workflows to manage our sales to service turnover.
  • I like the customization options.
  • The marketing hub was not built by a marketer. There is VERY little campaign management and very few useful analytics and campaign metrics.
  • The report functionality could be more robust. It gets really frustrating trying to collate information between modules.
  • So far that is hard to determine as we are still building things out.
It is HARD to get up and running in Zoho. I feel sorry for anyone who does not know the basics of Data Management. This would be a brutal experience for them.
I think it's mostly good. As I mentioned before, some modules are extremely well integrated and workable. Others, not so much and those tend to be a little square peg/round hole ish

It has a LOT of functionality that has been well thought out. There are other places where it seems to have developed in a silo.
But I do love the modules related to the sales cycle. That is very well integrated into the rest of the CRM, and is great for tracking future opportunities.
