Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I mainly use Zoho CRM for user account management. Pairing this with the email utility really creates a smooth workflow for my business. It makes organization of roles very simple and ensures people are not bombarded with things unrelated to their job.
  • Email works flawlessly. I have never had a problem with the service.
  • Managing user accounts is super simple and straightforward.
  • The initial interface is quite overwhelming for someone just getting started with CRM
  • It makes handling the customer service aspect very easy.
  • Email Marketing is a tried and true way to increase ROI and Zoho does exactly that.
There are so many functions to use that it is a bit overwhelming. I have stuck with minimal functions in order to optimize my time. Of the functions I have used, they are extremely efficient and useful. I have not yet explored the entirety of Zoho CRM's functionality because I only run a small business.
Personally, I think it is a bit too complex. However, I am just a novice in the field of CRM.
I have not used other CRM products.

I have only used Zoho CRM for the two functions related to my business: User Management and Email. It handles those utilities extremely well. I have not yet delved into the other functionality of Zoho CRM.
