Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
I mainly use Zoho CRM for user account management. Pairing this with the email utility really creates a smooth workflow for my business. It makes organization of roles very simple and ensures people are not bombarded with things unrelated to their job.
- Email works flawlessly. I have never had a problem with the service.
- Managing user accounts is super simple and straightforward.
- The initial interface is quite overwhelming for someone just getting started with CRM
- It makes handling the customer service aspect very easy.
- Email Marketing is a tried and true way to increase ROI and Zoho does exactly that.
I have not used other CRM products.
