Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
I use this software in order to improve the CRM based on the sales of the company, in addition, it helps me to manage and administer the information of each one of them. On the other hand, it facilitates the acquisition of clients and increases its flow, Zoho CRM is my solution for the management of the relations with the clients of the company, and we have improved in the relation and link between the three basic areas: the commercial management, marketing and after-sales service or customer service. Lastly, it's easy to use, has essential tools, and helps you improve professionally.
Pros

- The daily tasks that we have with potential clients are prioritized and are carried out quickly and efficiently so that the sale does not fall.
- I can do other extra activities like calling and recording videos with clients, this is very innovative in this area.
Cons
- There are tools that I think are interesting but you have to buy them.
- There are not many applications and platforms with which you can migrate your database.
Freshworks CRM has many problems when using it, its ability to integrate with other platforms is very low, the support team is unresponsive, and its administration does not mesh well with our type of business. On the other hand, Zoho CRM is easier to use and has very powerful tools that allow you to improve your business.
