Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We currently use it to store customer data like addresses, contact info, meeting notes, etc. We are trying to create a way to run reports for all of our customers and do data analytics.
  • Does a great job of tracking numbers.
  • Makes all reports easily customizable.
  • Easy to re-assign and assign support tickets.
  • The support aspect itself has someone to speak with instead of typing back and forth.
  • The reports don't sort by alphabetical order all of the time.
I have little to no issues.
Overall we've had no issues with it.
  • Amazing because we leverage this for our contracts with content providers.
Much better because its user friendly.
