Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

We currently use Zoho CRM Plus to manage all customer relationships, communications, sales activity, sales analytics, and other quality and performance-related metrics.
  • Customer support, even when the solution is not simple follow through and get an answer.
  • Module customizations for unique business needs.
  • Inter-program functionality i.e., Microsoft 365 with ZOHO applications.
  • Continuous program improvements to functionality and usability.
  • Custom developer access/networking for small business project support.
  • Zoho CRM Plus has given us more analytical ability in our customer management and experience.
  • Zoho CRM Plus is an affordable platform for any size business.
If the person can not resolve my issue, they quickly get back to me by email. But for the most part, the assistance has been fantastic.
