Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
We use Zoho CRM Plus extensively throughout the organization. Salespeople use the CRM, marketing people use the marketing tools. Operations people also use CRM and Cliq to manage tasks on order fulfillment.
- The ability to customize the CRM is unmatched
- The ease of integration with other Zoho apps is excellent
- The sales automation allows us to do more in less time
- The value of the package saves us tens of thousands each year
- The CRM does not have dynamic formula fields. You must edit the record to calculate a new formula field. A simple viewing of the record will not re-calculate the field.
- Subforms on records are great but not being able to use these in email templates is a missing feature.
- Zoho CRM Plus hands down pays for itself 10 times over
- Separate independent apps would cost thousands more and often with fewer features and the data is siloed which makes it difficult to get a full customer overview.
