Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were at the initial stage looking for a online meeting facility and we picked Zoho Meeting because we were already being using their other services such as Zoho Mail. Basically we used Zoho Meeting for our day to day online meetings and team discussions. And also Zoho Meeting was the cheapest option we could find at that moment. Zoho was a reliable company so we thought Zoho Meeting would be a good choice for the company.

Pros and Cons

Interactive web meetings with audio & video conferencing
Screen sharing and application sharing options, remote access to other devices
Host engaging webinars including audio & video, polls and recording features

Their free version is limited only for 3 meeting participants with 10 webinar attendees
They're lacking proper HD video support for meetings and webinars
They're also missing whiteboard option and interactive screen sharing option is also falls behind the competition

Return on Investment

Zoho Meeting helped us save money because of their low cost packages.
Unfortunately because of their bad video quality we had to look for other options.
Some clients were not familiar with Zoho Meeting because of the less popularity so we had to use other meeting applications to organize meetings

Alternatives Considered

Zoom, Google Hangouts Meet and Dialpad UberConference

I think Zoho Meeting is lacking so many features when compared with other products. Most importantly they have to work on audio video quality and increasing room capacity. If we compare this with Zoom, they offers meetings up to 100 participants with their free package including unlimited one-on-one meetings. So, if Zoho Meeting wants to compete with others, they have to come up with a better solution.

Usability

There's nothing wrong with the features they offers when compared to the package pricing. But the problem is there are so many better options than Zoho Meeting. People don't even have to consider buying Zoho Meeting because lot of other products offers the same features for free of charge. So there are so many areas to improve and otherwise they won't be able to survive with the current competition

Support Rating

Zoho Meeting's support team was always good their response time. Many of their customers come to them with a complete lack of knowledge and I think they're well aware of that. they were friendly and knowledgeable so it was always a good experience contacting them. but I think it's better if they can open a hotline for their paying customers.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you're looking for an online meeting facility for a start-up company, I think Zoho Meeting is a good choice because of their low prices. It's not suitable for big organizations because of their inconsistency with the audio video quality and lacking so many extra features which their competitors offers. Their webinar package also looks promising but at the moment you can have very limited number of attendees at a time.
