Overall Satisfaction with Zoho People
Zoho People is used as an auxiliary HR platform by our company. Although we would love to have Zoho People be our primary and sole HR platform, there are still some holes and UX issues that are preventing us from doing so.
- Keeps employee info organized
- Cool help/support ticket function
- Potential for a lot of really cool employee data
- Time off importing/functionality is difficult to navigate
- Hiring/onboarding is not great at all
- Overall UX is confusing
- Does not streamline our HR processes as much as we'd like
- Overall UX is more difficult to navigate compared to other Zoho apps
We only use Zoho People because it is part of our Zoho One suite. We originally used Zenefits, which was great for hiring/onboarding, and we currently use Employee Navigator to manage benefits and PTO, which is much easier to use than Zoho People. As of now, Zoho People is very buggy when it comes to managing PTO and there is currently no real benefits management or onboarding process that's easy to use.
