Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoho Reports to pull data from the CRM for ourselves and our customers.

Pros and Cons

It pulls data from a live database.
It pulls data from reports.
I can upload data.

This is a fantastic application. Perhaps some links to tutorials would help, especially when I'm adding a column or formula.

Alternatives Considered

We evaluated several before selecting Zoho Reports. It's easy to use, has powerful features and it's affordably priced.

It's easy to use and update. I like being able to have multiple data sources on a single dashboard. The multiple ways data gets into the system is very convenient and an excellent fit for the LeadMaster CRM. The step-by-step setup is great - the learning curve for getting data into the system is almost zero. I'd suggest a help button to teach people that if they have two different date formats they can convert the one(s) that came in as text into dates using formulas.

Collaboration and Sharing

Data sharing is excellent. I really like the ability to share with or without a password. Sometimes it is confusing whether I'm sharing with Zoho or the white label and the white label displays a blank page when I log in so I have to have the link to the data. Other than that this is a fantastic piece of software.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's a perfect fit with LeadMaster.

Zoho Reports is powerful and affordable.
