Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho Reports is a user-friendly application. There are many reports to choose from a list which allows for quick reporting on the projects and events without too much development work and implementation required. Zoho Reports gives you the ability to automatically email reports to the team, which is very helpful. Dashboard creator is very easy to use as well. it's really great being able to automatically generate dashboards.

Features like report sharing, mail scheduling features are extremely useful.

High learning curve if you need more advanced functionality and customization.
Post level-1 customer support should be improvised for better turn around time.
You can not use "save as" for all reports

Alternatives Considered

Wink, Qlick and Excel

Very powerful charts and graphs that are much easier to use than Excel. It's like a pivot table combined with a chart. I love the ability to dynamically change the charts just by turning data sets on and off in order to drill down and analyze individual data sets without having to create dozens of new charts.

Data Integration

Zoho Books is being used by our department for 1-2 years. It is very useful for our business. The support offered over the phone and with screen sharing to get us started up was exceptional and really made a difference. Recommended and trustworthy application. Good service, features, and tools are amazing.

We can track everything we need to run our business with Zoho reports. It's easily updated and shared with our entire staff in multiple locations. It's really good to be modified by anyone who is on the team and gets access from any device.

We like that it quickly integrates with other applications so we can pull reports together without having to build them ourselves. It is nice that you can create many different types of graphs and charts to visualize your data with interesting contents. Tons of functionality and in-depth analysis. Perfectly met and suit the business need to combine multiple data sources with Zoho CRM. Good customer support network online to help understand the software as well for beginners.
