Overall Satisfaction with Zoho SalesIQ
SalesIQ is used by our sales team to engage with our website visitors as a way to answer questions and book consultations. It allows us another opportunity to communicate with leads and prospects, especially on their time without having to play phone tag or send multiple emails.

SalesIQ puts the full control of your website chat into your hands. I don't know that it's better or worse than any other service out there. It really just depends on your needs. If you already have Zoho One, this is a great tool, and you won't need another 3rd party chat provider for your website. If you don't have Zoho One, I don't know that you make a special effort to just have this app.
