Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho is easy to use and very affordable for small businesses, agencies, and smaller startups. I've used Zoho Social in the past with a different agency for clients and now I am using it with a new business that I am a part of. I chose Zoho for the ease of use and analytics. It's a perfect fit for those just delving into social media scheduling and posting. There are some things I'd like to change but for the most part, it works perfectly for my needs.
5 - We have around 5 employees including myself right now as we are a small startup. We have the CEO, Project Manager, Lawyer, Accountant, and Production Manager. Being a startup we need to be as lean as possible which is why we chose Zoho for our social media scheduling platform.

- Great price point for us so we don't have to spend too much money on social media scheduling.
I selected Zoho Social because it fits perfectly with what my team needs right now which is a social media scheduler that gives us great analytics without breaking the bank. Some platforms charge over $50 a month for this and we are roughly at $15 a month. Currently in the professional trial but Zoho works great on their lowest package option.
This is particularly great if you are a new business trying to gain traction on social media with posting. We were able to schedule out multiple posts in one day and after just a few days Zoho gave us a smart scheduler to start using. I do wish Zoho Social had a place for content creation where you could search keywords and find articles across the internet for posting.
