Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I am an Independent Stylist with Color Street nails and I utilize Zoho Social to manage my posts to Instagram and Facebook. It helps me solve the problem of having to create and post content across several platforms daily by allowing me to create posts and then schedule them to post at future times. This frees me up to focus on daily business tasks instead of daily social posts.
  • Posting my social media content for me on a schedule.
  • Notifying me when my posts go live.
  • Notifying me when someone reacts to or comments on my posts.
  • Some of my posts require me to go into the Instagram app in order to create my post because they are not formatted to post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time. I believe this is a feature that I am not familiar enough with and that this is a temporary issue that I can resolve by doing a little research on making posts compatible across formats.

I looked into using Later as my social media scheduler. I have a good friend and entrepreneur who had used Zoho Social for over a year who recommended the platform to me. I chose Zoho Social because she was able to show me how to use the app and gave it a high recommendation.
Zoho Social is very well suited to posting 1 photo with commentary to both Instagram and Facebook at a scheduled time. Zoho Social is not able to post multiple photos in a series to Instagram automatically. I am notified that my post must be adjusted and posted directly onto the Instagram app if I am wanting to use more than 1 photo.

Using Zoho Social

I am a fairly new user, and it was not difficult at all to follow the prompts and drop down menus to create and schedule my posts.

  • nothing really difficult or cumbersome in my experience using Zoho Social
Yes - I have not found much difference between using the mobile version and the desktop version of Zoho Social. They both work equally well.
