Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social every day, to schedule daily posts on 4 social networks, and what we do for the whole week.
  • It is easy to use, very intuitive.
  • You can program without limit on all the most important social networks.
  • It helps us to program in real time and with the Zoho Social app we read the comments in real time.
  • Have a record in the schedule for programming.
  • That you can add other social networks like YouTube and TikTok.
1 - We use social networks to make the company better known, and Zoho Social helps a lot in that. We have increased reach and interaction on social networks.
  • We have not yet had a positive ROI.
We have our emails managed by Zoho Mail, and when searching the internet for a platform to program networks, Zoho Social appeared, it gave me more confidence since we knew it by the email that it already administers to us.
My scenario where it adapts well: when it is programmed without limit.
Scenario where it is not good: when Twitter asks for a different image size, since [Twitter allows you] to put a larger format, or the videos that only stop for 140 seconds, the social network allows it, but not Zoho Social.
