Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Posting consistently relevant content on social media regularly is a chore but is necessary in today's connected world. To do so at the optimum time to maximise your engagement is even more difficult and time-consuming. Zoho Social makes it easy, and gets round the requirements of each platform.
  • Crosses the divide between platforms.
  • Ensures timeliness and maximum engagement.
  • Gives more control and guidance than the platforms themselves.
  • I'd like to see a history of posts for each channel on the home page.

We use Zoho Social for:
  • Marketing for Clients.
  • Informational Purposes.
  • Advertising.
  • Internal Marketing and Engagement.
  • Entertainment.
We could not run our business successfully through the social media channels we choose without Zoho Social - not easily, anyway. It's essential for any organisation that wants to have an active social media profile.

  • Client engagement & lead generation.
  • Easier dissemination of information.
  • More polished, consistent SM presence.
I love Zoho Social - we are a web design agency and it helps us to help our clients, and ourselves. It helps to put social media marketing front and centre rather than an afterthought when a website project is finished.

We can engage with clients - and clients of clients in an accessible, appropriate way.

It should not, however, be used in a scattergun matter. Just because you can, doesn't always mean you should.
