Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho Social to manage social media marketing. We needed a system where we could manage our social media in an effective and efficient manner. We use it both to schedule posts and engage with people across various social media platforms. It provides us with tools to analyze our use and the impact, but we haven't really experimented with those yet.

- Conduct Twitter searches.
- Allow team communication within the app.
- Searching user profiles (specifically Twitter) .... Should the user have a post you want to view that isn't recent, and post often, you will have a doozy of a time trying to scroll and access the post on their profile.
