Easy to use software for social media promotion
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho to help plan and schedule social media posts on Twitter and Linked in for content marketing purposes, and to promote awareness of issues we are passionate about. So far we have enjoyed using the product; it is easy to use, navigation is straightforward, editing and rescheduling are simple tasks, and we get fairly accurate analytics on the Home page.
Pros
- Offering scheduling advice
- Alerting users to issues (i.e., disconnected accounts)
- Presenting useful analytics from all platforms
Cons
- "Manually post to Instagram" could be tweaked for a crop/stretch feature to remove this issue
- Twitter post failures have been more frequent; not sure if this is due to Zoho or Twitter
- Has been helpful for promoting content
- Has saved a lot of time
- Hootsuite and Buffer
Zoho is much less expensive than Hootsuite and slightly less expensive than Buffer. Zoho also offers a free trial that showcases all of its features for two weeks so the user can get a good feel for the product. Plans are reasonable for businesses of all sizes and industries. Analytics are offered no matter what plan is purchased and are accurate.
