Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho to help plan and schedule social media posts on Twitter and Linked in for content marketing purposes, and to promote awareness of issues we are passionate about. So far we have enjoyed using the product; it is easy to use, navigation is straightforward, editing and rescheduling are simple tasks, and we get fairly accurate analytics on the Home page.
- Offering scheduling advice
- Alerting users to issues (i.e., disconnected accounts)
- Presenting useful analytics from all platforms
- "Manually post to Instagram" could be tweaked for a crop/stretch feature to remove this issue
- Twitter post failures have been more frequent; not sure if this is due to Zoho or Twitter
- Has been helpful for promoting content
- Has saved a lot of time
- Hootsuite and Buffer
Zoho is much less expensive than Hootsuite and slightly less expensive than Buffer. Zoho also offers a free trial that showcases all of its features for two weeks so the user can get a good feel for the product. Plans are reasonable for businesses of all sizes and industries. Analytics are offered no matter what plan is purchased and are accurate.

The tool is easy to navigate and makes scheduling painless. With regular updates on analytics and scheduling advice it's easy to edit posting schedules for improved reach. Reports are accurate and simple to manage, making it all the more attractive to owners, managers, consultants, marketers, etc. Best of all, we can schedule months in advance and save a lot of time.
Tech support has been a little slow in the past and has been worse lately, likely due to COVID-19. Past issues have been resolved to satisfaction and the staff were very patient and helpful. The tool is being updated and continues to improve, so hopefully as time progresses it will become even better with fewer issues.
Zoho is excellent for businesses of all sizes and industries who are looking to promote their products and services and get accurate data on how well their posts are being received. It is less expensive than Hootsuite and Buffer, with more features even at the free level. Obviously the more social media accounts you use, the better, especially for your promotional needs, and Zoho handles the bigger platforms rather well.
