Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are currently using Zoho Social to manage all of our social media accounts. It has met our requirement of managing all of our platforms in one place and, as an added bonus, the analytics are really clear. Zoho Social has been a game-changer for me. I'm able to schedule posts across all our accounts and maintain brand consistency. It's my primary source for viewing key metrics at a glance and determining which content is the most successful. The interface is really straightforward in comparison to other platforms which can be unnecessarily complicated.

They have a free webinar which is invaluable when starting your campaigns. They also have free guides, FAQs and a discussion forum.
It's intuitive and would really benefit anyone looking to manage their social media channels in one place. You can also manage multiple brands in separate spaces. It's a perfect fit for brands using platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram to reach their audience. However, if your audience is primarily found on Snapchat, TikTok & YouTube, this isn't such a great fit.
