Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

So far so good. [Zoho Social] is working well for me in the same way that Hootsuite did, but there are less glitches and it's easier and more intuitive to use. It seems faster too. The app is smooth and makes my life easier. We do not post on social media that often, and this ensures what we do put out there is directed well and doesn't take too much time to produce.

It has better integration with the Zoho CRM tool that we will soon be using.

Very easy to use, and a simple layout.
I am yet to have issues, but I can find all information online if I need it.
We like to filter our photos and am yet to find a good way to do that on Zoho [Social].
