Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use it to schedule social media posts weekly. It save time across the board. We can schedule as early or late as we would like and it will give you options as to what time is the best time to reach your most active audience. It's a life saver and a handy tool to have!
  • Ability to post to all or one platform at the same time.
  • Ability to post months in advance.
  • Ability to view comments while in the software.
  • I can not connect my Instagram account to it.
  • The time feature is off. I can schedule for 8 am, but Zoho will send it out at 6:45 am.
  • Some functions are limited.
  • Saves money.
  • Saves time.
  • Saves effort.
I have not had the opportunity to use any other Zoho[-like] products.

It's very easy to use. Not much effort needed.
They call all of the time wanting to offer services and help.
If you are a new or starting company with limited staff this software works great because it will save time and money. You can take one day and schedule as far out as you need to. You can also repeat posts and go back and see what has already been published, all the way up to a year.
