Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am a Digital Marketer and our company offer Social Media Marketing services to clients. I use Zoho Social to manage client's social media accounts. The best features that I like the most are the bulk scheduling and reports generating. Its a perfect app and does it so Professionally and easily. I am really enjoying Zoho Social. Highly Recommended.

I think they should add some social media marketing features as well such as facebook ads management, or uploading ads on instagram or twitter.

Because I am really happy with its bulk scheduling and posting on all social media platforms. Moreover, its report generating feature is really helpful to share detailed reports with clients. I am also satisfied with its built in Leads management feature that helps to manage all of the leads from Facebook ads in one place and then target them easily.

Zoho Social is well suited in areas such as bulk scheduling posts and posting in every social media platform from a single place. Moreover, its capability to generate reports and monitor is very much effective for my clients. I can easily share each and every analytics and create good detailed reports. But I think It lacks some marketing features.
