Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social to create internal monthly reports for our social media activity

Pros

  • It supports a variety of platforms
  • Doesn't require full use of services/tools to work
  • Site is easy to navigate

Cons

  • Would be great if there was option for a reporting/analytics plan, without the rest of the services, at a cheaper cost
  • Allows me to efficiently create month social media reports
Zoho [Social] doesn't require you to use their scheduling function in order to collect data on posts.

i messaged them on twitter with a question one time and they responded within 48hrs
I have tried many social media platforms in search of an analytics tool that works for our internal reports. Each one has had their strengths but I've found that there was always something missing, that meant I had to use multiple tools to get what I want. Not with Zoho [Social] though! The reports function, for as long as I've been using it, has given me reliable data and doesn't require the posts it is reporting on to have been publish through Zoho [Social]. Exactly what I needed.
