Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social for posting on all our social media platforms worldwide. We schedule our social media posts on Zoho Social for different countries. Zoho Social allows you to schedule day and time of your post. This is important because we sell in the U.S., the EU, and the UAE. So posts have to go live at different times. In the United States we can post for Eastern time and also for Pacific time. We found that lunch time and evenings are good for both locations. All that said, the mobile app can be made smoother and easier to use.

Zoho Social's features suit us so well. Scheduling is fantastically accurate and allows us to post at different times on different platforms. You can edit posts on Zoho Social. That is a major advantage, as you don't have to jump in and out of different apps. In a single app, you can edit, schedule, and post.

What else would you need from a social media posting platform? Analytics of course are great value, it tells you if your posts are effective interacted and engaging, and you can improve your company's social performance by miles.
Support is a great asset on Zoho Social. They respond to you quickly, but more importantly, you can access a real human quickly. They will not take you through several obstacles before you can talk to a real human. You can email or have live support. Another great asset is that they can interact with you over screen share and resolve problems quickly.
Post scheduling accurately is a great feature. Zoho Social makes it very easy to schedule your posts fro different countries. That is a major benefit. Imagine posting on Facebook at 2 a.m. in Germany. Another major feature that helps a lot is scheduling the same and different posts in all countries.
