Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho Social frees up a lot of time by allowing us to schedule posts in advance. The analytics give a good overview of how many followers we have, how many people are engaging, and the best days and times for scheduling posts. All of this helps optimize our social media management and earn more followers, reach more potential clients, and provide them all with quality mental health care.
- Analytics
- Scheduling
- SmartQ Slots: Could use some refining to give info on best times for every day of the week, even if it's just reaching 2% of audience.
- Connection: Setting up connections with platforms and maintaining them.
- Better engagement with followers
- More followers and referrals
- Buffer and Hootsuite
Buffer is fine for really small businesses and Hootsuite for larger corporations. Zoho Social seems to be in the middle and works well for businesses of all sizes. The packages are more affordable than Hootsuite and give users exactly what they need for their budget. Buffer is also fairly inexpensive but has a number of bugs that Zoho Social seems to have addressed in a more timely manner.

Evaluating Zoho Social and Competitors
Yes - We were using Buffer's free service, which is good but doesn't quite have what we need. Zoho's basic plan is much less expensive and shows us the latest analytics the moment we log in. This is excellent for gauging where we need to pay the most attention, and how best to proceed with current social media marketing campaigns.
- Price
- Product Features
- Product Usability
- Prior Experience with the Product
Zoho is a lot less expensive than most other social media management software, especially for the amount of features we get in the basic package. For a small business or healthcare practice on a budget, this software is essential and is well worth every penny, which is why our social media manager recommended it.
We would go with Zoho straight away instead of playing around with Buffer and Hootsuite. Both are useful tools and have other merits worth noting. However, they are either much more complicated or their scheduling and editing tools just don't stack up to Zoho's. So, it's worth just going right to Zoho and getting everything started.
