Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is honestly the best Social Media Management application anyone could ask for! Small and Enterprise-sized businesses can equally benefit from it. It has everything you could ask for from a Social Media Management tool: messages inbox, content calendar, monitoring/listening, reports/analytics, lead forms, etc. The best part of all this is its price!
I actively follow a ton of Social Media gurus, and I'm surprised not one of them has mentioned Zoho Social. I feel extremely lucky to have come across Zoho Social.

  • Ease of using Content Calendar

Cons

  • I have no cons yet.
  • I have been using Zoho Social for less than a month now, so I am not able to provide that information at the moment. I have no bad news so far.
The price is incredible and the staff/company are accomdating!

I've yet to come across any issues.
The kindest support team I've come across. They really make you feel that they care, and I thoroughly appreciate that.
Their free version alone is suitable for beginner/small businesses.
Paying for it just adds the icing on the cake.
