Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho across our organization. It addresses most business needs regarding systems tools, communications, and resources. Zoho is my favorite solution for small, start-up, solo, and community-based businesses as well as major corporations for all online and in-person systems tools and management processes. Zoho Social is equally as robust as all the other Zoho apps. It is rare to find social media tools that are as in-depth and extensive as other operations tools. Zoho Social raises continues to raise the bar higher and higher.

- I'd like to see more brands available at the standard, premium, and pro levels rather than jumping to 10 at the agency level.

- It has helped me promote my affiliate links way more than I was before.
- The affiliate option has significantly improved and is an additional income stream.
I'd tried Zoho initially for enterprise management solutions. After several years of trusted service and their awards in the industry, I gave it a closer look. Many social tools have come and gone or increased prices while downgrading services for the people who helped them grow. Zoho has stayed consistent even with moderate price increases and added more services rather than taking them away. They continue to upgrade and add additional features and services to keep up with and even stay ahead of the industry. The ability to manage Google brand pages is huge as well as Pinterest now.

Zoho is always consistent. If anything goes wrong you can actually speak with a live person and they usually go above and beyond to fix it. In a global information age, it's tough to find quality customer service anymore. Zoho team members continuously surprise me. Although I haven't had many issues with Zoho Social, I expect their service level to be the same as their other apps.
Zoho always has friendly and helpful service. I never mind reaching out to support or receiving calls from them. They're always willing to escalate an issue if they can't fix it directly. It's also refreshing the way they call to check on you when you test new apps and upgrades.
I've been using Zoho for many years for my personal brand and nonprofit organization. It is customizable and affordable at every level. I can not see where any brand wouldn't benefit from using this tool. I've tried many, many social media management tools over the years and this is by far the best and gives you the most for free. What you can get for the standard, premium, and pro is beyond anything a solo or startup brand would need. And they continue to add features and benefits as well as improve upon existing technology.

Using Zoho Social
2 - I work with a team that is collaborative so in house there's only me and my partner. However, I love that Zoho Social makes it easy to collaborate and share if necessary. It's great for people and agencies who manage multiple brands, as well as anyone who may have an assistant or social media team. I've worked with various versions of this and Zoho Social is the easiest tool to navigate and share tasks.

- Also the ability to manage the brands Google Maps page is huge.
- We definitely plan on upgrading out service to an enterprise level in the near future.

Evaluating Zoho Social and Competitors
Yes - I used to use Buffer, HootSuite, and several others. Which is my reason for replacing them. I wasn't looking to. Because I didn't know any better. Back then we just used what we had available. But piecing together solutions is the hard way to do anything. I'm so glad I don't have to do that anymore and I try my best to help others not have to.

As a solopreneur and nonprofit founder, I haven't always used the premium versions. But whenever I do it's Zoho Social. The reason for upgrading is growth. I believe in freemium products and that start-ups deserve access to tools and resources to help them on their journey. But when you are able to invest in your brand it's refreshing to get value for your dollar.
If I had it to do over again, I would have started using Zoho Social sooner. I would have set up enterprise management solutions in general sooner. But I would definitely have made social media management a priority and Zoho Social would have been at the core of my solution. I didn't know how worth it these tools would be 10 years ago.
